(i´m using the visceral enb mod) opening the enb menu (default=shift+enter) check the shading window and open the enbeffectpostpass.fx bracket. Then i stumbled upon the same problem with flickering grass whenever i move. I have recently installed a fresh version of Fallout 4 for another playthorugh.
When I untick SSAO in the enb settings it goes away. I noticed the shadowing it added is broken into vertical bars of light and shadow. So I just installed visceral enb with the NAC preset (I use NAC with climates) and I'm having issues with the SSAO. This was set to false and apparently caused this weird shadow striping issue I fixed the problem by going into the enbseries.ini and under SSAO_SSIL setting the value UseSelfIntersecting = true.
